'The Sky is Pink' film review

The story of the film starts with the love story of Aditi (Priyanka Chopra) and Naren (Farhan Akhtar). Without Aisha (Zaira Wasim) and Ishaan (Rohit Saraf), how their life was and how their lives change after having children is shown well. The entire film is limited to a journey of 25 years. As a narrator, Ayesha tells us her story, talks about her mother-father, brother and how she got involved in his life. Ayesha is born with an incurable disease called SCID and with her birth, the life of the entire family is reversed. Her mother and father try their best to save her. 'The Sky is Pink' film review

Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar have shown complete honesty in the roles of acting Aditi and Naren Chaudhary. The director has portrayed both the characters as parents in multiple layers. The romantic moments between the two bring a smile to the face .. On the same hand, you are made to cry for your sick child as a broken mother-father. Both characters are given a very different look. While Aditi's expressions are seen in front, there is a pause in Naren, the father. The focus of the film is Ayesha, played by Zaira Wasim. After Dangal and Secret Superstar, Zaira has once again sampled her strong acting. Zaira has been successful in showing the spirit of vivacity in Ayesha who suffers from an incurable disease. At the same time, Rohit Saraf in the role of Ayesha's elder brother has also done a commendable job.

'The Sky is Pink' film review

Inspired by the direction and technical aspect of Ayesha Chaudhary's life, this film has been presented by Shonali Bose. His direction is quite simple. Where the entire film is made between sensitive scenes, there are some dialogues that you will not be able to stop laughing on hearing. This emotional journey of a family courageous will touch hearts. Shonali Bose and Juhi Chaturvedi have prepared the screenplay, which should be appreciated. The screenplay moves forward in slow motion but is not breathless. However, there are some shortcomings in the narration of the film, due to which some scenes, despite being important, do not stay in the eyes. As editor, Manas Mittal could spend a few minutes from the film.
