Government and private offices will open in Delhi from today, wedding, funeral and social distancing are necessary

All government and non-government offices will open in Delhi from Monday. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday announced that all the reliefs given in the Red Zone during the lockdown in Delhi will remain in force. Kejriwal said that all government offices will be opened with the commencement of the third lockdown.

He said that 100 percent of employees will be present in government offices providing essential services. The second government office will have 33 percent of employees, in addition to the secretary and deputy secretary. Private offices can be opened with a 33 percent presence.

The Chief Minister said that malls, multiplexes, big markets, and complexes will remain closed. Restrictions on public transport will continue. People have to stay home between seven in the evening and seven in the morning. He said that people will continue to get exemption in medical emergencies. People, media persons, and hawkers associated with essential services will also not be stopped in lockdown 3.

Necessary social distancing in marriage and funeral The

Chief Minister said that social distancing will have to be followed even in functions like marriage and funeral. A maximum of 50 people will be allowed to attend the wedding ceremony and a maximum of 20 people will be allowed to attend the funeral. The Chief Minister has also directed strict action against those who spit on public places in Delhi.
