    Sahari:


    • Never leave the frozen Sahari as it is the main food for you, on which your body is dependent all day.



    • Start your day with almonds soaked in the night and then eat juice or milk with fruits.



    • In the evening, eat high-fiber diets like vegetables with chicken/chicken/ egg and multigrain bread.



    • Eat roasted paneer or egg-fried on a non-stick pan with a stuffed paratha made from oats or multigrain flour.
