Rajasthan schools News: The exercise is going on to open schools in Rajasthan. The Department of Education is trying to open schools that have been closed for the last seven months due to Corona virus infection at the earliest. Efforts are being made to open schools in a phased manner. At the same time, preparations are being made to open the school from November 2 for classes 10 to 12 in the first phase. In this regard, the state education minister Govind Singh Dotasara told in a media report that three days ago, the state education department sent a ready proposal to the state government on November 2 to open the school for senior classes. Now the government's response is awaited. After the approval of the state government, the schools can be opened again.

The Education Minister informed that a detailed SOP has been drafted in this regard and also sent to the state government. Now permission is awaited from the government. The Education Minister further said that, our concern is that the schools can be opened for at least 150 days, as there is a minimum requirement for conducting an academic school session on such a day. There is no such idea as zero academic session. The SOP sent by the Department of Education includes guidelines for teachers and students, including cleaning of school furniture, stationery, toilets, water tanks, etc., hand washing, use of own pens, books and notebooks. There are many things to do like eating homemade food, drinking water in your bottles, cleaning your hands repeatedly with a sanitizer.

Significantly, due to Corona virus infection, all educational institutions including schools, colleges have been closed since March. However, from 15 October, seven months later, the central government had given instructions to open the schools. But the final decision in this regard was to be taken by the state governments. This means that students can come to school only if the situation in their state is under control and only after the parents' permission.
